                Do This Important Fitness Routine Daily 
(1.) WALKING:-  Any exercise program should include cardiovascular exercise, which strengthens the heart and burns calories. .
It's not just for beginners, either: Even the very fit can get a good workout from walking.
(2.) INTERVAL TRAINING:- Interval training is a type of training exercise that involves a series of high-intensity workouts interspersed with rest or break periods. The high-intensity periods are typically at or close to anaerobic exercise, while the recovery periods involve activity of lower intensity. This training exercise involves a series of high-intensity workouts interspersed with rest or break period.
(3.) SQUATS:-   A squat is a strength exercise in which the trainee lowers their hips from a standing position and then stands back up. During the descent, the hip and knee joints flex while the ankle joint dorsiflexes; conversely the hip and knee joints extend and the ankle joint plantarflexes when standing up. Squats burn calories and might help you lose weight. They also lower your chances of injuring your knees and ankles.

(4.) LUNGE:-  A lunge can refer to any position of the human body where one leg is positioned forward with knee bent and foot flat on the ground while the other leg is positioned behind. Lunges are a powerful exercise, allowing you to shape and strengthen almost every muscle in the lower body-the hips, glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves. It helps strengthen your lower body, increase core strength, muscle tissue and help you get the perfect buttocks you always hoped for.
(5.) PUSH UPS:-  A conditioning exercise performed in a prone position by raising and lowering the body with the straightening and bending of the arms while keeping the back straight and supporting the body on the hands and toes.Completing 100 Push Ups a day can lead to increased muscle mass and upper body strength, specifically in the chest, shoulders, triceps, and core. It can also improve endurance and cardiovascular health.
